Position Overview

The Welder supports fabrication and manufacturing operations by producing high-quality metal components according to engineering drawings and customer specifications. This role requires strong technical welding skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication & Welding Operations

  • Manufacture and fabricate products from technical drawings.

  • Perform aluminum MIG and TIG welding (required).

  • Carbon and stainless steel welding experience preferred.

Quality & Safety

  • Ensure welds meet industry standards.

  • Follow safe workplace practices.

Installation & Team Support

  • Assist with job site installations (up to 20%).

  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines.

  • Additional duties may be assigned as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • AAS Welding Degree or 2–5 years of experience.

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints.

  • Strong mechanical aptitude.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods.

  • Frequent bending and repetitive motion.

Work Environment

This position operates in a production and fabrication environment with exposure to equipment, tools, and industrial machinery. Team members must follow all company safety policies and procedures at all times and use required protective equipment.

Position Details

  • Full Time

  • $22-$28/Hour (Depending On Experience)

  • Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (flexible scheduling available)

  • Reports to Production Supervisor
